PAYMENT METHODS  

  • Preferred currency:   Uganda Shillings (UGX), Kenya Shillings (KSH), Tanzanian Shillings (TSH), USD, EURO, GBP are widely accepted.
  • We accept Cash, EFT or Cheque.

PAY IN CASH

  • In Uganda they do NOT accept US dollars given out before 2006
  • Please note that the exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis. Please ask for the exchange rate at time of payment to avoid any confusion on this matter.
  • Please note that the full amount regarding the reservation must be settled BEFORE the time of check-in. Please always ask for a receipt to document your payment
  • Cash & Mobile Money: We accept cash and Mobile Money (send to this number:  +256 772 991016, Reg. Name: RAFIKI HOTEL )
  • MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Union Pay, JCB are also accepted. Card payments carry a 5% surcharge

BANK TRANSFER

  • If you wish to pay by bank transfer you need to make your reservation at least 7 (seven) working days prior to the check-in date.
  • For local bank-to-bank transfers please ensure the transfer is made no later than 2 working days before check-in. Please be sure to present the transfer slip at the time of check-in.
  • For international bank transfers please note that the amount payable is to be calculated in US Dollars. For a US Dollars booking receipt please contact us at info@pridethotel.com.
  • The amount payable in the total reservation invoice is net of any local charges or costs which may be incurred by the customer in making payment. These include local bank transfer charges, local government remittance fees.
  • Guests are advised to ensure the transfer is made no later than 7 working days before check-in to ensure that the transfer reaches us prior to your check-in.
